How long will it take for my non-profit to show up on the website?
Once you submit the 'List a non-profit' form, we do our due diligence to verify your non-profit. Once we have completed this, your non-profit will be live on the platform. This will take between 24 and 48 hours to complete.
Why does the "List a Non-profit" form not accept my Twitter/Facebook/Instagram link?
When submitting your Twitter/Facebook/Instagram links, please remember to fill in your full domain links. For example, Appreciate's Facebook domain is https://www.facebook.com/appreciateofficial and our Instagram domain is https://www.instagram.com/appreciateofficial. The form won't accept @AppreciateOfficial.
How do I change the details of my non-profit that I submitted?
E-mail our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the section of your page you would like to change and the content you wish to change and we will make the changes. This will take between 24 and 48 hours to complete.
To help our team identify your query as quickly as possible, we would be grateful if you could include your non-profit's name and the section of the page you wish to change in the Subject line in the e-mail!

What charity number do I need to supply as a 501(c)(3) registered non-profit?
If you are a United States IRS 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization, you will need to supply your EIN number in the 'Charity Number' section on the 'List a non-profit' form. This is required so that we can verify your non-profit.
