About

Mission:

To raise money to fund research into cancer and provide other ancillary services. The big "C" on our logo stands for CURE for cancer and we continue to work with a variety of organisations both on and off the Island striving towards this aim.

About:

IOM ACA is involved in a variety of projects on the Island, either focused on raising awareness of cancer or supporting those affected by cancer. These include:- The Staywell Clinic - service that offers cervical screening outside of normal working hours and run by female staff. Cancer Awareness - monthly features on Manx Radio as well as bringing awareness information to a local level, such as presentations to high school students. Funding other projects that support people affected by cancer on the Island. IOM ACA is also working against cancer, further afield as we are committed to funding research into cancer, its causes and its treatments. We work with Organisations from the UK who are making positive steps forward in the fight against cancer. IOM ACA has a network of branches across the Island who work tirelessly to raise funds for our charity through a variety of events throughout the year.
